Request account deletion
You can contact BakuChess support to request a review of your account and personal information. This page is an intake guide: opening it or sending an email does not delete an account or confirm that a request is complete.
How to contact us
- Email infochessbaku@gmail.com from an address you can access.
- Mention the email address associated with the BakuChess account so support can identify the request.
- Never include your password, access token, or recovery code.
Identity and records
Support may ask you to verify that you control the account before taking account-specific action.
After we verify that you control the account, we process the deletion request within 30 days and confirm completion or explain which limited records must be retained.
Tournament results, ratings, and safety records may require review for competition integrity, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations. Not every public competition record can necessarily be removed.
A request remains subject to review. Sending an email is not confirmation that account data has already been deleted.
If the BakuChess account is deleted, its linked Google sign-in identifier is removed with it. This does not delete or change your Google Account.
The support team must review each request; no automatic deletion is performed by this page.
